Informa bought Datamonitor for £500m in 07. Anyone know how much of that business Pro have now purchased as part of the £25m acquisition?

Interim results out this morning. Trading ahead of last year - revenue up 8.1% - adjusted EBITDA up 7.0% before substantial adjustments for share based payments and acquisitions (after these items down 66.6%). Cashflow broadly neutral before acquisitions.

Generally bullish conclusion to the Chairman's Statement:

"The fundamentals of the business remain positive and we are confident that our focus on building premium Consumer and Technology Business Information services will provide the basis for continued long-term profitable growth."

Today's announcement of new banking facilities looks like another piece of steady good news - bit of a tick-up in the price suggests others think so too.

Change of heart. Sold the last of my holding here yesterday and put it on @UK. Will still follow PRO with interest though. GLA!

Agreed O. I especially liked the bit about distributing dividends to share holders when appropriate :). Imagine how we'll motor once the global economy gets back to 'normal'.

I think this share has been making steady progress for the past couple of years and seems to have had good direction since Danson ploughed his money in. The results in March for 2012 will be a big indicator on where this company is going. If the results are good in March then I think this share will hit another level, if not then your guess is as good as mine. But to have had the progress and volumes seen over the past week or so makes me think the results will be positive ..... fingers crossed!
