Where are the orders to support the robotic investment? Is it a case of spin over substance?

The drop in share price shows City have a low opinion on Ocado. Time for Ocado to take action .

Tested the early June 2023 low at 341p today, and then finished just above at 345p. A challenging few days ahead for the Ocado share price, especially with markets very volatile.

Shell plc have given London Stock Exchange 2 yrs' notice if Shell's share price remains discounted then the main listing will go to USA. It' shows me Ocado's Board should dump London listing in favour of US as well. Makes you wonder why Ocado haven't done the switch long ago ?
I've voted against CEO £15m - my reasoning he hasn't delivered deals, cfc rollout in USA and Australia, value destruction £10 to £4 and reported dispute with M&S. The CEO is in my opinion not worth more than £500k.

chairman stepping down 1 year from now knocks 20% off the share price. wouldn't happen in Africa

The low share price must mean the well reimbursed CEO takes the can for the missteps. I tend to think the current CEO isn't another Musk or Bezos - shareholders need a closer and a heavyweight.

Time for £15m man to go - imo he just isn't isn't worth the spin or value destruction.

He will get his bonus under one condition: If the share price reaches £29+.

Has the CEO created 1000%+ increase in asset value for shareholders? Where is the drop in pay for the fall in share price or the sack for missing targets?
Imo the CEO should go, he appears to be making too many mistakes.

There is no leak as we almost know the results as flagged up lately.
We may even get some news on new agreements with other retailers.
The only excuse to push the share price down is the uncertainty on whether M & S will make a payment to OCDO.

NatWest strips £7.6 million from payout to ex-boss after Nigel Farage row

The Ocado Board should adopt Natwest and cut executive rewards to reflect fall in share price, cfc rollout and orders for robots. Fall in share price should mean fewer shares are awarded at the lower price.

quantas,
positive can also mean being positive that a share price will head lower :) ( joking),]
seriously, it does appear that OCDO share price will only go up in short term on takeover rumours or a bid . Long term it might be a winner if it starts to become profitable . bad overall mood in markets is not helping today of course
Ocado share price data is direct from the London Stock Exchange
