Frank seems to have a record of selling off the company assets at a
discount to fund OBT. The last update we had said we would be

end, they then retain approximately 9% of Paragon.
There could be decent upside from Paragon once mining operations
start up so OBT still retain exposure to PRG with 30m shares if the
call option is exercised which it most likely will be.
Given the illiquid nature of PRG stock it looks like Frank has
