Posh enough?

A £250 gold-covered 'billionaire beef sandwich' delivered to your house in a Mercedes?

Yes please

Wagyu beef, caviar and a gold-covered bun: a sandwich for the one percent launches today. And it's not the only gourmet delivery in town

The Billionaire sandwich by Mr Z Luxury Sandwiches launches today

There is a school of thought that maintains that the ultimate bacon sandwich is made with the most expensive rashers you can get your hands on – and the cheapest white bread.

It is a theory that would be lost on Andrea Zagatti, a modest chap who prefers the term ‘artist’ to ‘chef’. Zagatti launched Mr Z Luxury Sandwiches – pronounced like Liza with a zee – from his Chelsea flat two weeks ago. The chef/artist insists not only on the finest fillings – Exmoor caviar, Smokin’ Brothers salmon, rib-eye from Nigella’s favourite butcher HG Walter – but also the finest bread in which to contain them.

Each sandwich comes wrapped in a pair of slices chosen from Hedone Bakery to complement the filling. That means white sourdough for the vegetarian Bunny Hop (£25), pain de mie for the organic chicken and jamon de bellota Truffle Club (£30) and a croissant for the salmon and caviar Poseidon (£35).

Predictably in the current climate, it is the price of these made-in-Chelsea sarnies that has attracted the most attention, not least for the fifty quid Millionaire, which involves 250g of aged beef rib-eye, chimichurri, chicharrones, buffalo ricotta and king oyster mushrooms piled into ciabatta and garnished with – what else? – edible gold.

thanks sg, ill try that out. It is important to me to get below 10m/m and if park run ever opens up again, under 30 min 5k. Im only a minute or two over, but its just so hard knocking even seconds off. Its also important as due to corvid, were not allowed to hit each other any more at boxing/ kick boxing, or even hold the pads, or share equipment, so basically that side of things is pants..

On one hand I should be really chuffed at being able to do 32m park run over 60's, never having run in my life till couch to 5k two years ago, but Im not, im annoyed at not going faster!!

I asked the guy yesterday and he hadn't noticed any increase in wine delivery. Mind you , it was the first day. Also , there aren't many price reductions on top of the 25% off. CDD cab sav £4.50 from £8 is one exception.

Interesting comments on VPNs. You might be able to help me.

I've always had my desktop connected to my router with a cat 6 cable. All the other devices use homeplugs. I've never used wifi because I wasn't sure of it's security. I do all my banking and share dealing stuff on my desktop and I shift big dollops of money around. 6 figure sums and I don't want anyone getting access to my details.

We live in a 'not spot' for mobile phone coverage and it was getting a pain not being able to receive texts to my mobile so I've got a new phone that will do mobile over the internet which uses wifi. I'm worried about someone hacking my wifi to pinch log in details.

Would a VPN help keep me secure? I'm not too worried about internet service provider security, just someone close to home getting my bank log in etc.

The basic price for the corian is ok , but the shapes that I need mean that it would have to be done on site to fit and cost a fortune. I can't even change the cupboard and island shapes as the floor tile details follow them. The tiles extend all over the dining area as well. Wood it is then.
