The crazy perverse world of AIM investing:-

LND launch trading on open market 2006 @ circa 6p (60p equiv today post cons).
Spend circa £45m over next 17 years.

Now some are saying it is worth 2p as a realistic sale price (20p cons equiv).

Agree, expectations were too high back in 2022, what’s a realistic deal now? 20p? Roughly where the share price was when the strategic review was undertaken funnily enough.

It is also worth pointing out that pretty much all gold miners are still doing bad relative to record gold prices. Its not just Landore, but granted Lnd is doing particularly bad. Things will turn IMO asset is too valuable, especially if gold price turns into a permanent move up and not just a spike.

Rich
Sadly you seem to be unaware of the absolute disasters of the LND board. They are one of the most incompetent out there.

I'm here for a trade on the back of gold prices but don't expect these imbeciles to do anything productive esp for the benefit of shareholdes.

They are beyond useless and that's why the MC is 3mil with gold sitting at 2350

Glenn Featherby's last buy price was 8.43,he knows the value of the companies assets, this share price is now at bottom, buyers started coming in towards the end of last week,i am expecting a steady rise from this level so will be topping up my holding.

Spare a thought for the Finance Director.

Over £40k in what is valued at such a Micro-Cap Valuation, would (in normal times)
be quite some show of faith, especially a Finance Director.

Hopefully Gold Stock Investors will start to gradually wake up,and at some point in all Good prospect Exploration stocks- be enthusiastic to Finance for finding more
of what is "Real Money" (Physical Gold).

Many of the BIG Gold Cos will have their Investors asking "Do we need more Gold"
and where can we get it from ?

There are certainly many explo stocks in Canada, that are going to see Bids
in the coming periods, and the likes of SHG (for example in the UK)as a Gold producer had better get its share price up,to avoid another opportunistic Bid,as opposed to a potential "name your price "..when Gold truly rises.

Let us hope His faith is proven correct........

A historic one-off coincidence I'd say in 2021. Helped by unusually strong/high volume buying activity of its stock over a short period of time.

15-20 years of PoG-v-LND share price performance consistently says different. And LND had gold prospect at Lamaune long before BAM.

PoG at almost record highs at the mo. LND share price on its knees.

PoG is meaningless to the LND share performance is what my point was.

Past 15 years of historic facts as far as LND & PoG is concerned makes that abundantly true/clear.

And that will remain the case until someone wants to buy LND. Or LND themselves become a producer.

Until then PoG performance is meaningless to LND share price.

Agree with your thoughts Cyril. However I personally don’t believe the eventual price we get for the company will be determined by the lnd share price. So yes it’s uncomfortable being underwater her. But when we get to mid 20s after the lithium deal it’s not going to affect us really. I am holding out for the rainbows end and eventual gold/ nickel sale so all prices in between are irrelevant (but traders will like it more)
