|25 Feb 2015||gilbly||Wish I had funds to top up.
JV will take longer IMO, but it may all be about the other projects at this moment.
For the present, consider Imweru and Lubando only.
Simple calcs for me, the value in the ground is 3% for an 'inferred' resource and 4% for a 'indicated/measured' resource, however once they do a bit of work proving it up to a 'P and P' resource this will give a valuation of 15... read more...|
|yesterday 08:38||mohammedalibusiness||I've got to say - I completely agree with CJ and Cammy here - yes the news today can seem annoying to some - but I really think this is something urgent to release something major.
If LC does it now, the SP takes a small hit before shooting up - if LC had released massive news and then a placing (when the SP had risen mega amounts) then it would undermine the barrier breaking growth that LC... read more...|
|yesterday 08:27||california joe||I cannot understand some people's logic sometimes. LC has stated he is fully aware of concerns over dilution. He has been 100% on this since starting the cash raising with MTR, he has NOT let us down. He realises he has a credibility issue to restore in terms of shareholder value.

|yesterday 08:31||cammy3||Bottom line is we could be loaded with debt and need one of our projects to deliver just to clear the decks.
All projects fully funded and in the oven waiting to come out. Company has no debt so all returns from all 5 projects are for shareholders only not the bank
Would we rather be loaded with debt and full of uncertainty.
No - loaded with cash and all projects at final stage with... read more...|
|Fri 07:31||cammy3||Muto hasn't got a clue. Bottom line is the JV for Rukwa will happen and when it does it will be one of the largest ever deals for such a small co. 30% of $700m power station and 100% ownership of the coal supply agreement for 40 years giving kibo $18m profit annually for 40 years1. Coal supply alone will have enterprise value of $180m based on a PE of 102. 30% of JV worth $210m3. Combined... read more...|
