The trust is changing its name from Investor Capital Trust Plc to F&C UK High Income Trust Plc as of February 1st, 2017
The new tickers will be FHI, FHIB and FHIU for, respectively ICTA, ICTB and ICTU; which in turn are the A-shares, the B-shares and the units.

In many ways this makes a lot of sense:
* Investor Capital Trust sounded a bit obscure and non-descript.
* The new name makes sense: The trust was managed by F&C, is indeed UK shares/bonds and it is in the income category.

Let's hope the clearer name creates more activity news-wise, because not many people have talked about it recently. The trust is kind of quiet but as noted above, does its job pretty well.

[edit]
Until 2010, the ticker FHI belonged to "First trust strategic high income", a US fund which had an LSE listing. It is now called "First trust strategic high income II" (not much brainstorming on that name I guess) and now sports FHY as its TIDM.

Just found the thread, I invest in the units (ICTU) which are three ICTA and one ICTB each.

It has not done too badly of late, the dividend is holding (the 'raison d'etre' of course) and the discount is reasonable and narrowing slowly.
