Not a bad price considering. I guess this means Peter Gyllenhammar wasn't confident of getting considerable value out of that Blackheath land.

Interesting RNS late this afternoon.

Lars Magnus Claesson of Carlton Telecom taking a 5.6% stake in DSN.

Vfast. My own research also indicates that the land is potentially worth a lot more than £2.4m so I see it as an added potential (big) bonus as and when it comes off. The mcap is only £5.5m as of today....potentially the land could be worth near this alone and on that basis the DSN business would be thrown in for free. Lets hope this anomaly gets corrected over time.

LCD - loan will cost £400k + 9% interest and will be paid back by March 2016. I have assumed just over £300k of costs will be included in the 2015 full year but this will still give EPS of around 1p.

NC

John Farrell said at the AGM the max value would be £2.4m for the land but looking at the Westhouse 2012 land value with the six houses they estimate £5m of cause they may not get the six houses but at this stage John Farrell will not know what is possible so I believe the £2.4m undervalues the land if the MOL order is removed.

Westhouse 2012

“Seeking to reclassify the land through the Local Development Framework (LDF) and ahead of submitting any new planning application, the company is pursuing alternative options for the site that includes existing use rights.

While the LDF reclassification could take two years to resolve, we are of the opinion that should this be completed and planning consent for new homes is granted, the land could be worth in the region of £5m. We see this as a fair value given that detached houses nearby - similar to those previously proposed by Densitron – are each valued in the region of £1.5-3.0m.

Representing an increase of approximately £4.5m in value, this could add c.6.5p to the book value per share.

"Either you are misinformed or have other motives. Do some research. Then post here why you, as an investor, think Densitron are a major anything. Cheers :-)"

Looks like you're the one-company DSN man.
Pray tell me what is wrong with pointing out that "Immersion Corp (U.S.), AAC Technologies Holdings, Inc. (China), Densitron Technologies Plc (U.K.), Haption SA (France), Johnson Electric Group (China), Maxim Integrated Products, Inc. (U.S.), Tactus Technology Inc. (U.S.), Precision Microdrives Ltd (U.K.), Texas Instruments, Incorporated (U.S.), and 3D systems Corp (U.S.)are some of the major companies in the haptics technology market".
Are you a one-company-focused shorter? Or what do you think my motives are?
That looks like pretty good company that DSN is keeping.
I beg your pardon if I wasn't aware that DSN gets excellent market research coverage when I bought the shares, my interest piqued at why £20m revenue hardly ever ends up with any profit on the bottom line but, all the same, a tech company trading at almost below NAV when I bought and with a piece of land that was potentially worth more than the company's operations. What other research can be done about DSN's display technology? It's not as if the touch-screen stuff takes centre-stage on their website. Cheers:-)

Wat we need to see is credible updates for the loudly announced Indian and Italian expansions, and BA and E Paper Products.

They have been selling this e paper for 5 years, but ask where do you see it being used?

All other companies have pulled out of e paper, it's too expensive. You can verify this, I know because I work in electronics.

This company needs to be held accountable for its bold statements,

they cant just loudly announce investment in India , or BA luggage tags , to push up share price, and then hide and smoke screen when every item fails ...

If they announce something it should be production secured , not some pie in sky BS !

I know the people on this BB who got sacked by DSN. That's why they have spend years posting navigate comments only on DSN.

It a shame they can't move on with their life's but I suppose it must be hard for them, sorry sad individuals who can't move on, it must be awful for them.

It maybe better if these people can state who they really are and the position they held in DSN? it may help them to face up to their problems and get a real life.
