RE: Q1 completedToday 12:25
I think the US price is about $28/kgV currently so for BMN and its premium products that would be around $30/kgV

USA is $27.25..there is no historical evidence to support bmn achieving more than spot price despite claims of 5 % more for nitrovan.. often bmn are achieving less than spot price ..

Harchris for years now makes claims that are simply not true then uses these figures in calculations which as a result are inflated ..then when they are proven wrong he blames other factors ...he always claims bmn are achieving a much higher price than is the reality ..is proven wrong but still continues ..

What a complete kunt.

They are revolting individuals they know bmn is going to run out of cash and are purposely claiming there is a $30 mill credit facility to keep the lights on so that bmn does not go bust ..

It's disgusting dishonest behaviour but they have history the pair of them claiming bmn has loads of cash ..not for the first time ..

You make a good point. -7% to -12% over the past 12 months. This aligns to the share price decline over a similar period. A 10% increase in Vanadium price (reversing the past 12 months decline) results in 10 Million additional cash-flow.

The question is, are we at the bottom of the Vanadium cycle? The answer is a resounding yes. We are just waiting for the cycle to turn, which is predicted by many to be around May time.

Imo bmn will not be far from having to do the Rns about the requirement for additional.funds after spr and co deliver..Look out for the word financial update in the rnsIt will be along the lines of seeking further funds and in active discussions with third parties existing investors etc and whilst confident no guarantees ..See what that does to the share price ..

RE: FinanceToday 12:25
This will now have more than a short term downward effect on the share price and material effect on the business even if SPR pay the rest of the money by the end of Feb, as (i) mgmt have had to reveal just how tight the finances are despite having received around $25m from SPR already (inc the 50% sale of Vanchem) and (ii) we are evidently going to see a production downgrade for the year compared with the early guidance we received on the 29th November.

We also need V to play ball on top of everything else going smoothly but it is already looking like the bounce off the bottom has lost momentum with prices slipping back and US at 4 year lows. Given that and the perilous position BMN find themselves in it's hard to see any new lender coming in to cover SPR unless on really painful terms for holders.

Best case scenario here is just about okay but the overall picture is pretty bleak.
