I believe we are at the bottom of the cycle and BLND very well placed for an appreciation to 500p and a 7% yield can be locked in today. A great punt for some property exposure in a diversified portfolio. |

Although looking at the occupancy rates they're achieving, their business model seems to be coping with the changes in structural demand.At the end of the day I simply see BLND with most of the risk priced in at this level, so a suitable place to park a small corner of the portfolio earning a reasonable divi. |
