We've done the same sum, about 11.5p book value after return of cash. Of course things may have changed in the last 5-6 months, but from the latest statement it doesn't sound like management are planning any more big write-downs over and above those already in the accounts.

I think the price post-return will be in the 6p-7p range to maintain a similar discount to the situation before the cash return.
